South Wales Coalfield Collection

Collection of documents which provide an insight into the social, economic and cultural history of South Wales during the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. The documents mainly concentrate on the employee side of the industry and particularly to trade union activities. The material is held in many media: manuscript documents, photographs, audio and videotapes, posters and banners.
