Future of Electronic Journals

Third European Report on Science and Technology Indicators 2003
CORDIS (The Community Research and Development Information Service) is a service provided by the European Union and aims to coordinate the dissemination of information regarding the latest research and innovative practices from member countries. This resource constitutes the Third European Report on Science and Technology Indicators, published in March 2003, and authored by a team of international researchers led by the head of CORDIS, Ugur Muldur. Users can browse the report by section, some of which cover 'Europe: World's biggest brain factory', 'Brain drain and brain gain in Europe', 'Industry-university R&D co-operation', and 'Top R&D company performers'.
