Acute Toxicity Database
Database summarising the results from aquatic acute toxicity tests conducted by the US Geological Survey, as a starting point for hazard assessment of contaminants. The database is searchable by species or chemical, or a combination of the two. Also includes two datasets - of chemical IDs and of Acute Toxicity Test Results - which can be merged to provide a complete dataset with all toxicity tests, species, and chemical information.

Bulletin of Marine Science
Journal dedicated to the dissemination of research dealing with the tropical and subtropical waters of the world's oceans. All aspects of marine biology are treated, and papers in the physical, chemical and geological sciences are also published if pertinent to marine biology. UNESCO IOC Register of Marine Organisms
A searchable database which is a component of the ETI World Biodiversity Database. The Register of Marine Organisms is an already large and gradually growing dataset that is being built up, and maintained atthe National Museum of Natural History, Leiden, the Netherlands. It is mainly a list of species names, with some additional information, including author names, vernacular names, information on geographical and bathymetrical distribution and NODC numerical codes.
