Focused on EU publications, it also includes publications of the UN, OECD and the World Bank. Records include journal articles, books, conference proceedings and Internet resources. Information is retrieved by basic or advanced searches and by language or document type. Collections largely in English, French and German. Searches can be conducted in English and French. The service is free but registration is required for extra features such as saving searches.

European Integration Online Papers: Full text of a study investigating the origin of supranationalism. Various hypotheses are tested using a standardised questionnaire. Following multivariate analyses, it is concluded that political orientations have no effect on supranationalism and that supranational attitudes are affected by an interaction between domestic and transgovernmental experiences.

Third European Report on Science and Technology Indicators 2003: CORDIS (The Community Research and Development Information Service) is a service provided by the European Union and aims to coordinate the dissemination of information regarding the latest research and innovative practices from member countries. This resource constitutes the Third European Report on Science and Technology Indicators, published in March 2003, and authored by a team of international researchers led by the head of CORDIS, Ugur Muldur. Users can browse the report by section, some of which cover 'Europe: World's biggest brain factory', 'Brain drain and brain gain in Europe', 'Industry-university R&D co-operation', and 'Top R&D company performers'.
