British Association for Accident and Emergency Medicine
Membership of the British Association for Accident and Emergency Medicine is available to doctors whose professional commitment is to Accident and Emergency Medicine and whose interests it will seek to promote and protect. Through its Accident and Emergency specialists, the British Association for Accident and Emergency Medicine ensures the highest possible standards of care to the acutely ill and injured in the Accident and Emergency Department and provides initial care for the less seriously injured whose condition requires hospital facilities. A service is also provided for those seeking urgent medical advice or care who are unable, at the time, to make use of General Practitioner facilities.
