Content covers archaeology and the historic environment, historic buildings, maritime and industrial archaeology, environmental history, and the conservation of material culture - with a geographical focus on Britain and Ireland. Access to the c 200,000 records in the biab online database is free to all. biab online is an online only service, regular hard-copy production ceased with 8(2) 2004. A print-on-demand service of subsequent updates is available.
