this meeting is to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas and

teaching about digital imaging. Panelists include Winston Atkins,

CCS Technical Services Workstations Interest Group

On Sunday, January 31, 1999 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. come help finalize
plans for our summer ALA program, "Macro Magic," which will feature
several speakers presenting examples of macros they have written for
technical services workstations, primarily in the area of cataloging.
Volunteering to help out is a great way to meet people who share your
interests. We will also begin planning for a moderated discussion at
the 2000 Midwinter Meeting. The business meeting will wrap up with a
sharing session. Come meet people who are interested in turning
workstations into tools for enhancing productivity and efficiency.
Contact Louise Ratliff (lratliff@library.ucla.edu), Chair, for
information or to be added to the TSWIG-L list.
